We Collect and How
Personal Information
We will collect your full contact information which includes
your full name, postal address, email address, telephone number
and IP address at the time of order. You may, at a later date,
supply us with your fax number. Depending on your payment
method, we will also collect your credit or debit card information
which includes type of card, the 12-18 digit number, valid
from and/or expiry date, issue number (if applicable), CVV2
number, the name of the card holder as well as their full
contact details.
This
is collected using the secure online order forms located on
this, and the Secure Online Control Centre website.
Visitor Information
Our main website (www.purplesquared.co.uk) incorporates two
types of tracking.
The
first tells us how many people have visited our website, where
you came from (such as a search engine) and what pages you
visited when you came here. We do not collect any personal
information from this method.
The
second is used for the Online Chat facility (the grey button
on the left of each page). When you visit this website (www.purplesquared.co.uk)
we get a notification that someone is here. It shows us what
IP address you are from, what page you are on, what pages
you have visited since you arrived at our website and if you
have visited before. This information is only available to
us if you are visiting our site, we cannot collect this information
at any other time.
